About us



Jason, with the help of collegiate, professional and high school coaches, started developing himself at age 14 for athletic performance.

Over the next 20 years, Jason helped hundreds of people reach new levels of athletic performance, fitness, and health in collegiate strength and conditioning, youth athletics, physical therapy, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, and fitness facilities across the country.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and a Master of Science from Arizona State University's BioMedical Diagnostics program.
