For college, high school, or even youth athletes, we do performance camps and individualized programming. Our camps focus on the needs of the athletes’ sport, position, speed, reactivity, power, agility, and quickness.

About us



Jason, with the help of collegiate, professional and high school coaches, started developing himself at age 14 for athletic performance.

Over the next 20 years, Jason helped hundreds of people reach new levels of athletic performance, fitness, and health in collegiate strength and conditioning, youth athletics, physical therapy, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, and fitness facilities across the country.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and is currently enrolled in the MS, Arizona State University, BioMedical Diagnostics program.

Jason has 10 years of experience as a personal trainer. He trains in Muay Thai kickboxing, which he offers to his clients and specializes in kettle bell exercises for functional training, with an extensive background in weightlifting for both strength and physique.

He is a former United States Marine who survived a critical respiratory illness in 2004.

Using the “Exercise is Medicine” philosophy, Jason has made health and fitness his primary objective and focus toward the healing and restoration of his lungs.
